1. Either Jadi Life Solutions is responsible for the arrangement of the courier or shipment to return the defected product or you are responsible for the arrangement of the courier or shipment to return the exchange product.
2. Any return postage will be borne by Jadi Life Solutions or customer (based on the return reason).
3. Upon receipt of defected product, a replacement product will be sent to the same shipping address when you checkout unless stated otherwise.
4. In order for us to send a replacement, the customer MUST send the defective item to Jadi Life Solutions Sdn. Bhd. first. Once received, it may take up to 2 weeks for us to ship out the new replacement. This is because we will need to check, verify, and confirm the status of the defective product(s).
5. All refunds will be made via online banking within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
6. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at Jadi Life Solutions Sdn. Bhd. head office as mentioned on pursuant to Item No. 4. Jadi Life Solutions Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

RETURN DEFECTIVE ITEM

1. Defective cartridge MUST be returned in a complete set together with the box and a copy of the invoice. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stocks availability.
2. Item returned MUST be valid order from Jadi Life Solutions or other Jadi Life Solutions online marketplace and not more than 1 year from date of purchase.
3. Item returned MUST not have any damage such as broken parts/hardware.
4. If the invoice date is more than 1 year, customer cannot claim defect printing warranty due to possible reason of: manipulation of the product(s).
5. Replacement only will proceed once Jadi Imaging Technologies Sdn. Bhd. Quality and Assurance Checker (QAC) checks and verify the root cause of the defect. This process is time consuming. Could take up to 2 weeks depends on the issue.
6. The Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company to our Head Office at the following address:-

40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Alternatively, the Customer may bring the affected Product(s) to Jadi Life Solutions Sdn. Bhd. head office located in the abovementioned address. Please be noted that customer WILL NOT receive a replacement on the spot due to the unknown condition of the returned item(s). We can only proceed if the QAC has checked and verify the root cause of the defect as mentioned above on pursuant number 5, Return Defective Item.

Defective items:

- If the whole order is returned, you will receive a full refund including the cost of shipping. However, prior to refund, it is obligatory for you to return the defective items to us for testing and quality checks to confirm that the defect originates from Jadi-made goods. With the confirmation of defects in Jadi-made goods, refunds will be made within 2 months. If only part of the order is returned, you will receive a refund for the items being returned only. If the returned item(s) is empty, we are unable to proceed with the refund because it is against our return and refund policies (refer to the first and second paragraph, with bold text).

Non-defective items:

- Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the item only. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for non-defective returns.
